Sweet Farm Guesthouse on Seneca Lake

We LOVED our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and tidy! The host provided essentials at the house which we really appreciated. There were ample towels and they were excellent quality. The spaces were just beautiful and worked so well for our group get together. Thank you so very much!

We enjoyed our stay! Overall the property is great, but does need some cosmetic updates, painting the exterior & finishing the floors upstairs. The bathrooms were spotless, beds were comfortable & lots of space for everyone. Charging cell phones & electronics was a bit challenging due to lack of electrical outlets, but it’s an old home & again, we made due. The bathrooms did need some hooks or towel racks, but we made do. Appliances were great except for the dishwasher which appeared rather old but did its job! Lots of space for everyone! Back porch is lovely overlooking the lake & watching deer run through!! Overall, it is a great place & the hostess was attentive & helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The beauty of the house outweighs the little issues!!
